  • 400g mushrooms
  • 2 onion
  • condiments for mushrooms
  • 200g sour cream
  • 150 ml oil
  • Dough for crepes
  • 250g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 milk
  • 100 ml oil

Инструкции

  1. 1.Stew in oil sliced mushroms with chopped onion,with condiments..
  2. 2.Set aside.
  3. 3.Make crepes from flour,eggs,milk and oil and fry them.
  4. 4.In the mushrooms mixture add sour cream,stuff the crepes,and fold up.
  5. 5.Heat them a little in the oven,and serve them with chopped parsley and a little more sour cream.
