9 lb Turkey
2 c. Cajun Injector Marinade, any flavor

1/4 c. Cajun seasoning

Инструкции

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place bird in a baking dish. Inject marinade into the bird about 2 inches from each injection point. Rub the cajun seasoning on all surface areas of the bird. Cover dish with foil and place in oven. Bake for 3 hrs or possibly untul juices run clear.
