- Slice olives and arrange in bottom of 6-c. mold.
- Carefully sprinkle beef over olives.
- In large bowl, mix gelatin and 1/2 c. of the beef broth.
- Heat remaining broth to boiling; add in to gelatin mix and stir till gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Add in remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Refrigeratejust till mix is consistency of unbeaten egg whites, then pour over olives and meat in mold.
- Refrigeratetill hard; unmold to serve.
