  • 1 lb Creme fraiche*, (about 2 c.)
  • 2 c. Buttermilk
  • 1/3 c. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 c. Sugar

Инструкции

  1. Availbale at specialty food shops and some supermarkets
  2. In a blender, blend together all ingredients, scraping down sides till very smooth, about 2 min. Refrigeratetill cool and freeze in an ice cream maker.
  3. Makes about 1 qt, serving 12 as an accompaniment to cake.
