Ингредиенты

  • 3 x Large eggs, separated
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp rum extract
  • 1 env unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. heavy cream

Инструкции

  1. Blend the egg yolks and 1/2 c. sugar in a bowl and fold in flour. Pour lowfat milk into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Stir in vanilla and rum extract, then add in to sugar mix gradually stirring constantly. Return mix to a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Soften gelatin in water and stir into warm mix till dissolved. Stir in cream. Beat the egg whites in a bowl till stiff, adding remaining sugar gradually. Add in cream mix gradually, beating constantly, then refrigeratefor at least 1 hour and 30 min. Beat well just before serving.
