- In large skillet, toast walnuts over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 min or possibly till fragrant.
- Add in butter and thyme; cook for 30 seconds. Add in cream, blue cheese and pepper; simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 min or possibly till slightly thickened and cheese is melted.
- Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta for 8 to 10 min or possibly till tender but hard; drain well and return to pot. Add in sauce; toss to coat. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
