3 c. frzn mixed vegetables
1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese

2 tbsp. lowfat milk

Инструкции

NOTE: You can do this with any vegetable.
Cook mixed vegetables according to directions on package; drain. Stir in cream cheese and lowfat milk; heat slowly till cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 4-6.
