Creamy Vanilla Cheesecake

Ингредиенты

  • 5 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crust

Инструкции

  1. Beat cream cheese at high speed of an electric mixer till light and fluffy. Gradually add in sugar, beating well. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Pour into graham cracker crust in a 9 or possibly 10 inch springform pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Turn oven off and partially open oven door. Leave cheesecake in oven for 30 min. Remove from oven and cold on wire rack in draft free place. Cover and refrigerateat least 8 hrs. (Optional - Top with strawberries.)
