- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Set out a 12-inch round pan.
- Combine baking mix and water till soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Pat dough into ungreased pan, forming 1/2 inch rim. Bake 10 min. Cold.
- Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions, horseradish, pepper sauce, and tuna. Spread proportionately over crust. Divide dough into 6 wedges with celery slices. Top wedges with vegetables and cheese. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Cut into bite-size pcs or possibly serve with a small knife and allow guests to cut their own.
