Ингредиенты

  • 2 x Beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 1/2 c. Boiling water
  • 1 c. Regular long grain rice
  • 1 c. Carrot, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Green onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1/2 tsp Dill weed
  • 8 ounce Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

Инструкции

  1. Dissolve bouillon in water in saucepan; add in rice, vegetables, margarine and dill weed. Cover; simmer 20 min or possibly till water is absorbed and rice is tender. Remove from heat. Add in cream cheese and mayonnaise; stir Till cream cheese is melted.
  2. (I would omit the dill and add in the warm sauce)
