  • 1/2 c. green onion slices, diagonally cut
  • 1/2 c. red pepper strips
  • 1 8oz. bottle Rancher's Choice creamy reduced calories dressing

  1. Mix together ingredients and chill. Arrange on radicchio???? or possibly lettuce-cove red platter, if you like. Microwave tip: To cook potatoes and 1/3 c. water in 2 qt bowl. Cover with plastic wrap; vent on edge. Microwave on high 8-12 min, stirring after 6 min. Rinse under cool running water; drain. Variation: Substitute Ranger's Choice creamy dressing for Rancher's Choice creamy reduced calorie dressing.
