Ингредиенты

2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 1/3 c. instant mashed potatoes, dry flakes

2 tbsp. finely minced onion 1/4 teaspoon celery salt 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Инструкции

1. Heat butter and saute/fry onions. Add in salt, celery salt, pepper, and lowfat milk to scalding. Stir in potato flakes. Continue cooking till smooth, stirring constantly. Soup should be consistency of heavy cream.
