10 potatoes, cooked and mashed with lowfat milk
1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
Sm. onion, minced

Dry parsley
1 egg, beaten

Mash and mix together. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly microwave 5-7 min.
