%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20how%20have%20you%20all%20been?%20I%20have%20lots%20of%20new%20ideas%20and%20recipes%20in%20mind%20which%20I%20hope%20I'll%20be%20able%20to%20share%20and%20also%20planning%20on%20some%20new%20design%20change%20for%20the%20blog%20as%20well%20as%20starting%20a%20facebook%20page.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAll%20highly%20overdue%20,%20but%20better%20late%20than%20never%20right%20?!!%20So%20hoping%20to%20meet%20and%20make%20friends%20with%20a%20lot%20of%20you%20once%20my%20facebook%20page%20is%20up.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20followed%20the%20exact%20recipe%20from%20Kankana's%20blog,%20but%20added%20more%20pepper%20to%20suit%20my%20craving%20for%20spicy%20food.%20It%20was%20really%20good,%20the%20only%20problem%20(not%20actually%20a%20problem%20as%20such)%20I%20faced%20was%20that%20for%202%20people%20I%20felt%20the%20recipe%20was%20too%20much.%20I%20had%20plenty%20left%20over%20,%20but%20it%20did%20get%20over%20within%202%20days.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20din't%20get%20a%20chance%20to%20take%20a%20really%20good%20snap,%20so%20had%20to%20use%20whatever%20I%20took%20the%20night%20of%20the%20dinner.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI'm%20not%20planning%20on%20writing%20a%20long%20story%20,%20so%20straight%20up%20to%20this%20wonderful,%20creamy%20and%20%20peppery%20soup.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECreamy%20&%20Peppery%20Cauliflower%20Soup%20Recipe%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou'll%20need%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20In%20a%20saucepan,%20melt%20the%20butter%20in%20low%20heat%20and%20add%20onion,%20garlic,%20thyme%20and%20bay%20leaf%20to%20the%20saucepan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20Cook%20until%20the%20onion%20has%20softened.%20(should%20take%20about%205%20minutes)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20Then,%20add%20the%20cauliflower,%20potato,%20stock%20and%20milk.%20Season%20with%20salt%20and%20pepper.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20Increase%20the%20heat%20to%20medium%20and%20let%20it%20cook%20for%20about%2030%20to%2040%20minutes,%20until%20the%20potato%20and%20cauliflower%20are%20softened.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5.%20Remove%20from%20heat,%20discard%20the%20bay%20leaf%20and%20puree%20the%20mixture%20using%20a%20food%20blender/processor.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E6.%20Garnish%20it%20with%20some%20fried%20cauliflower%20and%20more%20ground%20black%20pepper.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBoth%20of%20us%20really%20enjoyed%20the%20soup%20and%20the%20best%20part%20was%20that%20it%20was%20so%20thick%20and%20creamy%20and%20I%20had%20to%20use%20no%20cream.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEnjoy%20the%20rest%20of%20your%20day%20and%20see%20you%20again!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Manju%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
