1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. grnd pepper
1 tbsp. cider vinegar

1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon fine minced onion
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Dash of red pepper sauce
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
