Ингредиенты

  • 1 env. Knox gelatin
  • 2 1/2 c. cool non-fat lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. reduced calorie chocolate pudding
  • 1 1/2 c. non-dairy whipped topping
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Инструкции

  1. Soften gelatin in 1 c. lowfat milk in pan. Cook approximately 5 min or possibly till gelatin is dissolved. Beat pudding mix with balance of lowfat milk (1 1/2 c.). Whip lowfat milk-gelatin mix into peanut butter. Add in pudding mix. Mix in whipped topping and pour in crust.
  2. Serves 6.
