2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon dry basil
1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
1 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 c. minced green peppers
