1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar

1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon coarsely grnd pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

In small bowl with wire whisk or possibly fork mix all ingredients. I use a small jar with cover and shake the ingredients.
