- 7 ounce. elbow macaroni
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 8 ounce. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- Paprika
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni and drain well. Combine cottage cheese, lowfat sour cream, egg, salt and pepper. Add in cheese and mix well. Stir in cooked macaroni. Pour into greased 4 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 45 min. Serves 8 to 10.
- NOTE: This can be halved easily.
