Ингредиенты

  • 1 x Refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 tsp (heaping) flour
  • 2 pkt (3oz) cream cheese, Softened
  • 1 pkt (6 1/2oz) garlic and spice Creamy spreadable cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd red pepper
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk or possibly heavy cream

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Line pie dish with crust; dust lightly with flour.
  3. Beat cheeses and butter till smooth. Add in Large eggs, thyme and red pepper; beat till light and creamy. Beat in lowfat milk just till blended. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake, in lower third of oven, about 30 min till light and puffy and a knife tests clean. If browning too quickly, cover with foil during last 10 min of cooking.
  5. Place on wire rack and cold to room temperature.
