Ингредиенты

  • 3 1/2 lb White fish fillets, (cod, haddock, whiting, hake)
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely minced cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely minced green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Thinly sliced radishes
  • 3 ct Natural lowfat yoghurt Salt and pepper Lemon Bayleaf Peppercorns

Инструкции

  1. Poach the fish in boiling salted water, flavoured with lemon ends, bayleaf and peppercorns, for 3 min. Remove and drain. Cold.
  2. Combine the vegetables for the dressing. Stir in lowfat yoghurt. Season and mix well. Pour the chilled dressing over the flaked fish. To garnish sprinkle with minced parsley.
