Ingredients:
- Chicken Breasts – 1/2 cup, cooked, chopped
- Mushrooms – 100 gms, cleaned, sliced
- Red Capsicum – 1/4 cup, chopped
- Butter – 2 tblsp
- Onions – 1/4 cup, chopped
- Sour Cream – 1/4 cup
- Maida (Plain Flour) – 2 tblsp
- Chicken Stock – 1 1/2 to 2 cups
- Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp
- Thyme – 1/4 tsp, dried
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper Powder as per taste
