  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 x Onion minced
  • 1/2 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 can Condensed cream of celery or possibly cream of, (10 1/8 ounce) mushroom soup
  • 1 pkt Cream cheese, cut in cubes (8 ounce)
  • 3 c. Frzn Southern Style hashbrowns, up to 4
  • 1/3 c. Shredded cheddar cheese

Инструкции

  1. Heat butter in saucepan till melted; add in onions and garlic and cook over medium-high heat till tender. Stir in undiluted soup and cream cheese till smooth and thoroughly heated, stirring constantly.
  2. Alternately layer frzn potatoes and warm soup mix in buttered 2-qt covered casserole, ending with sauce layer. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 45 min or possibly till sauce is bubbly and potatoes are tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  3. Yield: 4to 5 servings.
