Ингредиенты

1 tbsp. white vinegar 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard Dash salt

3/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream 3 c. shredded cabbage 2 c. cubed apples, dipped in lemon juice 1/4 c. grated carrot 3 tbsp. finely minced celery

Инструкции

1. Blend vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, mustard and salt. Mix in lowfat sour cream. Cover and chill. When ready to serve, toss cabbage, apples, carrots and celery together; add in dressing and toss.
