2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour Salt & pepper 1 c. lowfat milk 1 c. mushroom soup

1/2 c. sharp shredded cheese 1 sm. can peas 2 c. cooked turkey (chicken) breast 1 (4 ounce.) jar pimento

1. Make cream sauce of first 4 ingredients. Add in cheese, peas, turkey and pimento. Serve over pastry shells or possibly warm biscuits.
