Creamed Spinach In Pastry Shell

  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn spinach
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon grated onion, optional
  • Sliced hard cooked Large eggs
  • Paprika
  • 12 (3") unbaked tart shells

  1. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain and add in chicken soup; mix well. Combine salt, pepper and flour. Stir into spinach. Add in onion, if you like. Spoon into unbaked tart shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min or possibly till tart shells are brown. Top with slices of hard cooked Large eggs and sprinkle with paprika.
