Ингредиенты

2 c. sliced mushrooms 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. half and half

1 c. shredded cheese Dash of salt Dash of cayenne pepper 4 slices of toasted bread

Инструкции

1. Saute/fry mushrooms in butter till brown. Mix cornstarch and half and half. Add in to mushrooms and simmer, stirring till thickened. Mix in cheese till it melts smoothly into the sauce. Add in salt and cayenne pepper. Serve over toast.
