2 med. cucumbers 1 med. onion, thinly sliced 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

1. Do not peel cucumbers; wash and thinly slice. Combine lowfat sour cream, sugar, vinegar and salt. Toss with cucumbers and onions. Cover and refrigeratetill flavors are blended; 2 hrs. Stir occasionally.
