Рецепт Creamed Corn and Potatoes
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 450 gms, peeled, diced
- Sweet Corn Kernels – 2 cups
- Spring Onions – 2, sliced
- Light Cream – 1/2 cup
- Butter – 1 tblsp
- Red Chilli Flakes – 1/4 tsp
- Bay Leaf – 1/2
- Garlic – 1 clove, small, minced
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper Powder as per taste
Method:
1. Heat butter in a pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the potatoes, bay leaf and garlic for 10 minutes or until potatoes are light brown.
3. Add the sweet corns, spring onions, red chilli flakes, salt and pepper powder.
4. Stir well.
5. Cook for another 10 minutes.
6. Transfer to a serving dish.
7. Serve.
