5 ounce. dry chipped beef
2 1/2 c. lowfat milk

5 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. flour

Инструкции

Break or possibly cut beef into pcs. Saute/fry till edges curl. Push dry beef to one side and blend flour into butter. Slowly add in the lowfat milk, stirring constantly. Serve on toast or possibly biscuits. 4-5 servings.
