1/2 stick butter, melted 3 (3 ounce.) pkg. chipped beef 3 tbsp. flour

2 c. lowfat milk American cheese slices

Инструкции

1. Cut up beef and frizzle in melted butter. Sprinkle flour over beef and stir. Add in lowfat milk and stir till thickened. Top with American cheese slices; heat and stir. Serve on toast or possibly baked potatoes. Serves 4.
