2 c. cooked chicken or possibly turkey, minced 1 c. lowfat milk 4 teaspoon butter 2 tbsp. onion, minced fine 1 sm. can pimentos, minced fine

Dash paprika 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/3 c. flour 1 c. chicken stock 1 can mushroom soup

1. Heat butter, add in onion, pimento, pepper, and paprika. Cook 10 min. Add in flour, lowfat milk and chicken stock. Cook till thickened. Add in soup. Stir in chicken and keep hot if you are serving right away. May be made day before, chill immediately and reheat when ready to serve. Serve over cornbread, toast, noodles or possibly rice. Good way to use up Christmas leftover bird! Enjoy! An easy recipe to double or possibly triple.
