  • 6 boneless whole chicken breasts
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup (regular or possibly low salt)
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. minced or possibly sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley or possibly 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • Paprika

  1. Place chicken in a baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients, except paprika and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and bake, uncovered, about 1 hour. Serve with rice and green vegetable.
