Cream Sauce (Or White Sauce)

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 c. lowfat milk

Инструкции

Mix above ingredients. Cook in microwave for a minute. Stir. Add in shredded cheese if you like. Continue heating for 30 seconds. Stir, heat, stir till desired thickness.
