Ингредиенты

  • PUFFS
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Large eggs

Инструкции

  1. PUFFS: Add in butter to boiling water till it melts. Add in flour and salt all at once. Cook, stirring vigorously till mix is smooth and forms a ball. Cold slightly. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating vigorously after each egg is added. Beat till mix is smooth. Drop batter onto greased cookie sheet to create the size of creamy puff you want. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min. Then lower temperature to 325 degrees and bake for 25 min, cold.
  2. CREAM FILLING: Mix flour, sugar and salt. Slowly stir in lowfat milk. Cook, stirring till mix boils; boil for two min. Stir a little of warm mix into Large eggs, then return to warm mix, stir till thick, add in vanilla. Fill puffs.
