Ингредиенты
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Инструкции
- 1. Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar and salt; mix to a smooth paste with 1/2 c. of the lowfat milk.
- 2. Scald the rest of lowfat milk, add in dry ingredients. Stir till well blended, then bring to a boil and cook 1-2 min, stirring constantly.
- 3. Add in a little of the warm mix to the slightly beaten egg yolks, combine the two and stir till smooth. Add in butter and cook 1-2 min longer.
- 4. Cold; add in vanilla and pour into a 9 inch baked pie shell. Top with meringue and brown.
