  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 2/3 c. butter flavored Crisco
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. powdered cocoa

Инструкции

  1. Cakes:Sift dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. add in Large eggs, oil buttermilk and vanilla. Mix for 1 1/2 min. Add in baking pwdr to warm water. Mix again. Pour into muffin tins, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
  2. Filling:Combine all the ingredients except the powdered sugar and beat for 5 min.
  3. Cut out a piece of cake from top and insert the filling. Push top back on.
  4. Optional frosting:Heat butter first and add in the rest of ingredients and stir. Boil 1 min; cold. Beat.
