- Make stiff dough. Cut into several cakes. Roll very thin and cover with flour.
- Cut in two in middle. Turn the flour sides together. Rub again in flour, cutting it through again making it as small as desired for noodles. Cut cut crosswise 1/8 inch wide. Shake apart. Add in more flour to keep from sticking together. Drop in broth boil 20 min.
