1 pt Chicken broth
1 pt Lowfat milk, whole
1/2 pt Cream, heavy
2 Tbsp. Rice, cook separately
1 x Egg yolk, beaten lightly Flour, add in to make rivels
Инструкции
When about ready to serve, heat lowfat milk, broth and cream to boiling point, then add in rivels. Cook a few min, add in rice and small piece of butter.
Season to taste.
