  • 1 x 8 ounce. pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can Pumpkin pie mix (not solid-pack pumpkin)
  • 2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1 tsp Orange rind, grated

Инструкции

  1. Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl till smooth; gradually add in pumpkin pie mix and beat well. Beat in the sugar, spices, and orange rind.
  2. Serve as a dip or possibly spread, with your favorite spice cookies, oatmeal cookies, molasses cookies or possibly gingersnaps.
  3. Yield 3 c. dip.
