- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 T butter
- 3 T sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
Инструкции
- Mix and put in bottom of 10" spring pan.
- Beat all together with mixer. Beat whipping cream and fold into mix. Smooth this on top of crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.
- Mix 1 pint lowfat sour cream with 3 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Can also top with cherries, blueberries, or possibly other fruit.
