  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened (227gm)
  • 3 Tbsp. Powdered sugar, (50mL) [icing sugar]
  • 2 Tbsp. Light cream, (25mL)
  • 2 Tbsp. Orange liqueur, (25mL) Or possibly 1 tbsp. undiluted frzn orange juice concentrate (15mL)

  1. Beat all ingredients together till light.
  2. Mound on a combination of fresh fruit, such as apricots, nectarines and grapes.
  3. Serves 4 to 6.
  4. Hallie's notes : Mascarpone could be substituted for the cream cheese.
  5. In Canada we call powdered sugar by the name of icing sugar.
