- Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Let cupcakes cool for 10 minutes, until tops indent.
- Then, put 1 teaspoon of the sweetened sour cream mixture into
- each indentation.
- Put back into oven for 5 more minutes.
- Remove, and garnish with 1/2 a red or green cherry.
- Cool, store in refrigerator.
