Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. finely minced nuts
  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. finely minced candied fruit
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3/4 c. minced nuts

  1. Grease a 10 inch loaf pan. Sprinkle with the finely minced nuts, set aside.Beat together cream cheese and butter till fluffy. Add in sugar and vanilla; beat. Add in large eggs (1 at a time) beating well after each addition.
  2. Put together flour and baking pwdr to creamed mix. Stir in candied fruit and minced nuts. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Don't POUR IN THE PREPARED PAN. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 min, or possibly till done. Cool 5 min before removing from the pan. Freezes well.
