- Cream together cream cheese, butter, and sugar; beat in large eggs. Whisk together flour, baking pwdr, and salt; stir into creamed mix. Spoon half of the batter into another bowl; stir in nuts and chocolate.Add in peppermint extract (and a couple drops of green food coloring) to the white batter and transfer batter into baking pan. Add in chocolate batter with nuts and swirl the two batters together; don't mix.
- Bake at 375°F till done (about 15-25 min; a cake tester will come out "nearly" clean. Cool; pour Chocolate Glaze over top. Cut into bars.
- Chocolate Glaze: Heat one 1-ounce square unsweetened chocolate and 1 tbsp butter over low heat; stir constantly. When butter has melted, stir in powdered sugar, vanilla, and water.
