Ингредиенты

2 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
1 (7 1/2 ounce) can chopped clams
2 drops Tabasco sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Инструкции

Soften cream cheese. Drain clams and add in 2 tbsp clam juice to cheese.Blend till smooth. Add in chopped clams, Tabasco sauce, seasonings, onion, and lemon juice. Mix well. Refrigerate: serve with chips or possibly crackers. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
