Ингредиенты
- 1 pt Half and half
- 1 1/2 stk oleo
- 1 lrg Onion, minced Creole seasoning
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- 1 lb Crawfish tails
Инструкции
- Saute/fry onion in 1 stick of oleo. Add in flour and stir. Add in half and half, cook till thick. In another skilley, add in: 1/2 stick oleo and 1 lb crawfish.
- Saute/fry till tender. Season with seasoning while cooking. When tails are tender, drain and add in to white sauce and add in parsley. Serve over rice, toast or possibly shells. :)
- Note: This makes a wonderful warm dip too.
