Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. Melted butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 c. Sifted all-purpose flour
  • 3 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1/4 c. Minced green onions
  • 1/4 c. Minced parsley
  • 10 ounce Cooked crawfish tails, chop just a little

  1. Preheat oven to 375 . Oil and flour a 9x13x2" pan. In bowl mix margarine, flour and Large eggs. Remove lumps. Add in remaining ingredients and combine. Place batter in prepared pan and bake for 30 to 40 min till done. (wrv)
