Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 lb Margarine
  • 1/2 c. Celery -- minced
  • 1/2 c. Bell pepper -- minced
  • 1/2 ounce Parsley flakes
  • 1/2 c. Onion -- minced
  • 1 pkt Crawfish tails
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 jar cheese sauce
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Egg yolks -- beaten
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Water

Инструкции

  1. In saucepan combine margarine, celery, bell pepper, parsley and onion over low heat. Saute/fry for 5 min. Lower heat and simmer for 10 min. Add in crawfish talks, salt and pepper. Let simmer for 10 min. In double boiler combine cheese, cheese, sauce, lowfat milk and egg yolks. Mix cornstarch with water. Add in to cheese mix and let boil for 5 min. Pour crawfish mix into cheese mix and blend well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 10 min. Serve warm.
  2. NOTE: I would serve over warm rice orpasta. (wrv)
