- 3/4 c apple juice
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 c coarsely chopped fresh cranberries*

%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E**There%20is%20too%20much%20batter%20for%20one%208x4%20inch%20loaf%20pan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeat%20oven%20to%20350.%20Grease%20and%20flour%209x5%20loaf%20pan**%20In%20small%20bowl,%20beat%20cream%20cheese%20until%20light%20and%20fluffy.%20Add%201%20egg%20and%20pkg.%20of%20true%20orange%20if%20using,%20blend%20well.%20Set%20aside.%20Lightly%20spoon%20flour%20into%20measuring%20cup;%20level%20off.%20In%20large%20bowl,%20mix%20together%20flour,%20sugar,%20baking%20powder,%20baking%20soda,%20salt%20and%20zest.%20Stir%20in%20apple%20juice,%20butter%20and%20beaten%20egg.%20%20Fold%20in%20cranberries%20and%20nuts.%20Spoon%20half%20of%20batter%20into%20prepared%20pan.%20Spoon%20cream%20cheese%20mixture%20evenly%20over%20batter.%20Top%20with%20remaining%20batter.%20Bake%20at%20350%20for%2065-75%20mins%20or%20until%20toothpick%20inserted%20near%20middle%20comes%20out%20clean.%20Cool%2015%20mins;%20remove%20from%20pan.%20Cool%20on%20wire%20rack.%20Wrap%20tightly%20and%20store%20in%20refrigerator.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENote:%20I%20found%20this%20recipe%20in%20a%20Pillsbury%20Recipe%20Booklet%20in%201988.%20That%20is%20how%20long%20I%20have%20been%20making%20this%20wonderful%20bread.%20I%20added%20the%20orange%20zest%20and%20true%20orange%20pkg.%20to%20the%20recipe.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewww.pilsbury.com%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
